Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Teilt die Bundesregierung die im Rahmen des CAS-Forschungspanels an der LMU München zu untersuchende These, dass klassische Institutionen wie Parlamente, Verfassungsgerichte und Zentralbanken strukturell ungeeignet für wirksamen Klimaschutz seien, und welche Schlussfolgerungen zieht die Bundesregierung daraus, wenn etwaige abgeleitete klima- oder verfassungspolitische Reformvorschläge aus ihrer Sicht in einen nach meiner Rechtsauffassung möglichen Widerspruch zu Artikel 20 Absatz 2 des Grundgesetzes geraten (www.cas.lmu.de/en/programs/cas-research-groups/the-institutional-architecture-for-a-1.5-c-world.html)?
