Original text of the question(s):<br /> <br /> As a result of the two-lane expansion of the Oldenburg–Osnabrück railway line called for by the Oldenburg City Council on May 22, 2023 in a resolution (www.-oldenburg.de/metanavigation/presse/press emissionteil/-news/-bahnwege-oldenburg-osnabr ueck-rat-beschliesst-resolution.html), the federal government intends to complete the route with complete electrification and with additional stops in the to make the urban area more efficient and therefore to classify the expansion from the "potential need" of the federal catalog of needs, the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan 2030 (see the Federal Government's answer to question 14 of the small question of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group on Bundestag printed matter 20/10554), to the planning and urgency status of the "urgent need" (please list possible project requirements under construction planning law for a positive decision as well as the schedule and designation stages, such as design, building permit and implementation planning) or do the federal government continue to have concerns about the economic viability of the project?
