Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Welche Gründe sprechen vor dem Hintergrund der schriftlichen Erklärung der Justizministerin in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, von ihrem Weisungsrecht gemäß den §§ 146 und 147 des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes (GVG) gegenüber den Staatsanwaltschaften keinen Gebrauch zu machen, aus Sicht der Bundesregierung dagegen, die §§ 146 und 147 GVG, welche die Weisungsgebundenheit der Staatsanwaltschaften gegenüber der jeweiligen Landesjustizverwaltung oder der Bundesministerin der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz regeln, entweder ersatzlos abzuschaffen oder inhaltlich, etwa durch einen gesetzlich normierten Weisungskatalog, neu zu fassen?
