Original text of the question(s):<br /> <br /> Does the Federal Government have a legal opinion on the question of whether the monthly contribution to integration assistance services in accordance with Section 137 of the Ninth Book of the Social Code (SGB IX) is 2 percent of the amount by which the annual income of the previous year exceeds the exemption amount in accordance with Section 136 SGB IX, or - as Dr. Tobias Schweitzer in Düwell/Joussen/Luik/von Boetticher (ed.), SGB IX - Rehabilitation and Participation of People with Disabilities (LPK-SGB IX), 7th edition 2026, § 137 paragraph 6 states - 2 percent of the amount divided by 12 by which the annual income of the previous year exceeds the exemption amount according to § 136 SGB IX and if so, what is it and does the Federal Government see any need for adjustments here in order to end the heavy burden, particularly on working parents of children and young people with disabilities?
