Original text of the question(s):<br /> <br /> Are there currently any funding programs or other financial support instruments at the federal level for the introduction or operation of video surveillance systems in slaughterhouses (if so, please list them individually), and does the Federal Government have valid findings or reliable estimates as to the investment and ongoing operating costs, in particular for smaller slaughterhouses (facilities that operate in accordance with Article 17 paragraph 6 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1099/2009 of September 24, 2009 on the protection of animals? at the time of the killing (OJ L 303 of 18 November 2009, S. 1; L 326 of 11 November 2014, S. 6), would not have to appoint an animal welfare officer) when installing and using appropriate video surveillance systems?
