Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Plant die Bundesregierung im Rahmen einer bundesweiten Lösung zur Entlastung hoch verschuldeter Kommunen Maßnahmen, um besonders betroffene Städte und Landkreise wie Pirmasens, Kusel oder Kaiserslautern in Rheinland-Pfalz nachhaltig zu unterstützen, und wenn ja, welche, und inwieweit werden dabei die tatsächlichen Kassenkreditbestände der betroffenen Kommunen bei der konkreten Ausgestaltung der Mittelvergabe aus dem Bundeshaushalt 2025 in Höhe von jährlich 250 Mio. Euro berücksichtigt, um eine dauerhaft tragfähige und faire Altschuldenregelung zu ermöglichen?
