Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Teilt die Bundesregierung meine Ansicht, dass im Sinne einer besseren Transparenz des Bundeshaushalts zum einen die Ausweisung von Deutschlands EU-Beitrag künftig nicht mehr als "negative Einnahmen", sondern unter "Ausgaben" geführt werden sollte und dass zum anderen Deutschland als größter EU-Nettozahler stärkere Anstrengungen unternehmen sollte, um insbesondere eine schnelle und lückenlose Aufklärung durch die EU-Kommission zu erhalten, welche nach aktuellen Medienberichten Umweltverbände bei ihren Kampagnen und Klagen gegen deutsche Unternehmen finanziell unterstützt haben soll?
