Summary
Töövaidluse lahendamiseks on Eestis võimalik pöörduda kas töövaidluskomisjoni (TVK) või kohtusse. TVK on Tööinspektsiooni (TI) juures asuv sõltumatu kohtuväline organ, mida juhivad seaduses sätestatud tingimustele vastavad juhid, kelle nimetavad ametisse valdkonna eest vastutavad ministrid. Eelnõuga muudetakse töövaidluskomisjonide juhatajate värbamise ja arendamise korda, et pöörata senisest rohkem tähelepanu nende teadmistele ametisse asumisel ning oskuste hoidmisele ja arendamisele. Eestis tegutseb kaheksa töövaidluskomisjoni, mis lahendavad kohtuväliselt töötajate ja tööandjate vaidlusi
