Summary
2026. aasta riigieelarve tulud on 18,6 miljardit ja kulud 19,5 miljardit eurot ning investeeringud 1,3 miljardit ja finantseerimistehingud 1,5 miljardit eurot. 17. juunil 2026. aastal võttis Riigikogu vastu riigi 2026. aasta lisaeelarve, millega tulud vähenesid 24 miljonit eurot, kulud suurenesid 4,4 miljonit eurot ning investeeringud vähenesid 1,5 miljonit eurot. Lisaeelarvega suurendati finantseerimistehingute eelarvet 37,9 miljonit eurot. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et 2026. aastal on vajalik koostada teine lisaeelarve, täpsustada riigieelarve tulude mahtu. Seoses vanglarendi tulude planeerimisega, suurenevad tulud 14,1 miljonit eurot. 2026. aasta teise lisaeelarvega jääb kulude ja investeeringute kogumaht samaks (kulud vähenevad 6 miljonit eurot ja investeeringud suurenevad 5,8 miljonit eurot). Lisaeelarvega muudetakse eelarve aastate vahelist jaotust. 2026. aasta eelarvest nihutatakse järgmistesse aastatesse kulusid ja investeeringuid, mida ei ole võimalik sellel aastal täita ning need planeeritakse tekkepõhiselt õigetesse aastatesse.
