Summary
Eelnõuga nähakse ette diislikütuse aktsiisimäära ajutine langetamine Euroopa Liidu õiguses lubatud minimaalsele maksustamistasemele ehk 330 eurole 1000 liitri kohta. Maksuvähendus kehtiks ajavahemikul 1. novembrist 2026 kuni 30. aprillini 2027. 2026. aasta 1. maist kehtib diislikütuse aktsiisimäärana 428 eurot 1000 liitri kohta. Eelnõuga vähendataks määra 98 euro võrra 1000 liitri kohta ehk 9,8 sendi võrra liitri kohta.
