Kogumispensionide seaduse ja investeerimisfondide seaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõuga avatakse kogumispensioni vara koormamiskeeld piiratud ulatuses, et võimaldada pensionivara kasutamist eluasemelaenu omafinantseeringu osa täiendava tagatisena. Kehtiva õiguse kohaselt ei tohi pensioni investeerimiskontol olev raha ja finantsvara, pensionifondi osakud ega pensionilepingust või täiendava kogumispensioni kindlustuslepingust tulenevad varalised õigused olla tagatiseks. Eelnõu lisab koormamiskeelu sätetesse erandi ja sätestab pantimise võimalused ja tingimused.
