Tulumaksuseaduse § 5 muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõuga soovitakse parandada kohalike omavalitsuste võimekust omavalitsuste ülesannete täitmisel ja teenuste pakkumisel. Selleks nähakse ette tõsta kohalikule omavalitsusele laekuvat residendist füüsilise isiku maksustatava tulu osa 2018. aastaks 12,13-le protsendile. Seletuskirjas viidatakse asjaolule, et majanduskriisi ajal vähendati omavalitsustele laekuvat tulumaksu osa 11,4-le protsendile.
