Summary
Eelnõuga tühistatakse ühele osale alaealisena Eesti kodakondsust taotlevatele isikutele kehtestatud takistused. Seletuskirja kohaselt on need põhjendamatud bürokraatlikud takistused, mis muudavad kodakondsuse saamise kuni 18 aasta pikkuse ooteajaga protsessiks ning põhjustavad taotlejas negatiivseid tundeid riigi suhtes.
