Summary
The bill ends the conversion of descriptive verbal assessment to numerical in the first and second grade of elementary school, in order to stop duplicating the work of teachers who use descriptive verbal assessment. This in turn reduces the workload of these teachers. If, during the student's school transfer, the school receiving the student still wants to convert the formative assessments into five-point system grades, the schools can do so by mutual agreement based on According to the current Basic School and Upper Secondary School Act, when a student leaves school or at the latest at the end of the second grade, the descriptive verbal assessments must be converted to a five-point system rating scale.
