Põhikooli- ja gümnaasiumiseaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõuga lõpetatakse põhikooli esimeses ja teises astmes kirjeldava sõnalise hinnangu teisendamine numbriliseks, et lõpetada ära kirjeldavat sõnalist hindamist kasutavate õpetajate töö dubleerimine. See omakorda vähendab nende õpetajate töökoormust. Kui õpilase koolivahetuse käigus õpilast vastu võttev kool siiski soovib kujundavate hinnangute teisendamist viiepallisüsteemi hinneteks, saavad koolid seda teha omavahelise kokkuleppe põhjal. Kehtiva põhikooli- ja gümnaasiumiseaduse kohaselt tuleb õpilase koolist lahkumise korral või hiljemalt teise kooliastme lõpul kirjeldavad sõnalised hinnangud teisendada viiepallisüsteemi hindeskaalasse.
