Ühistranspordiseaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu näeb ette muuta ühistranspordiseaduses sätestatud eesti keele oskuse nõuet taksojuhtidele. Eelnõu kohaselt rakendatakse eesti keele oskuse nõuet etapiviisiliselt: A1-tase 1. oktoobril 2016, A2-tase 1. oktoobril 2017, B1-tase 1. oktoobril 2019. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et Narva taksofirmades töötab hetkel umbes 500 inimest, kellest vaid 2 protsenti vastab kehtivale keelenõude tingimusele. Seaduse rakendamisega nähakse võimalust Narva linna 500 taksojuhile töö kõrvalt eesti keelt süsteemselt ja sihikindlalt õppida.
