Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette lõpetada õiguskantsleri tuvastatud vastuolu põhiseadusega, mille kohaselt ei võimaldata äriühingu juhatuse liikmetel saada töötuskindlustushüvitist. Eelnõu kaotab kitsenduse, millega ei saa ennast töötuna arvele võtta äriühingu juhatuse liige, millega tagatakse juhatuse liikmete õigus saada töötuhüvitist.
