Summary
Muudatusega lühendatakse eriolukorras arupärimiste vastamise tähtaega, et parandada infovahetust Valitsuse ja Riigikogu vahel. Eelnõu seadusena vastu võtmisel paraneb Riigikogu ja Vabariigi Valitsuse infovahetus ning Riigikogu roll täitevvõimu suunamisel ja poliitika kujundamisel. Muudatuste tulemusena tekib valitsusliikmete kohustus eriolukorras vastata Riigikogu liikmete arupärimisele kiiremini.
