Summary
Eelnõuga kaotatakse lapsevanemate jaoks kohustus tasuda lasteaia kohatasu. Eelnõu eesmärgiks on tagada igale lapsele tasuta lasteaiakoht. Eelnõus tehtud muudatuste kohaselt ei pea lapsevanemad maksma lasteaia kohatasu, vastav kulu jääb riigi kanda. Saamata jäänud tulu kompenseerib riik kohalikele omavalitsustele.
