Summary
Eelnõu sätestab korteriühistu liikme ja korteriühistu vahel tekkinud korteriühistu vaidluse lahendamise korra ja tingimused. Eelnõuga luuakse kohalikesse omavalitsustesse korteriühistu vaidluse lahendamise komisjon. Korteriühistu vaidlus on eraõiguslik vaidlus, mis tuleneb korteriühistu tegevusest või tegevusetusest. Sellisteks vaidlusteks võivad olla vaidlused, mis puudutavad üldkoosoleku otsuse kehtetuks tunnistamist ja tühisuse tuvastamist, juhatuse keeldumist avaldada andmeid korteriühistu tegevuse kohta või keelduda õigustatud isikul tutvuda korteriühistu dokumentidega, probleemid koosolekute puudulikust protokollimisest ja ebaselgus korteriühistu rahaliste vahendite kasutamisest.
