Summary
Eelnõuga sätestatakse koolilõuna toetusele alammäär ehk koolilõuna miinimummaksumuseks määratakse 2 eurot ööpäevas õpilase kohta. Tervisliku ja mitmekülgse koolilõuna jaoks eraldab riik igal aastal riigieelarvest raha koolilõuna toetuse alammäära ulatuses õpilase kohta.
