Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette laiendada töötuskindlustushüvitise saajate ringi töötajatele ja teenistujatele, kes lõpetavad töölepingu või teenistussuhte omal algatusel või poolte kokkuleppel. Sellisel juhul rakendatakse töötuskindlustushüvitise maksmisele 30 kalendripäeva pikkust ooteaega. Eelnõuga kavandatava muudatuse kohaselt tõuseb töötuskindlustushüvitise määr töötuse esimesel 100. päeval 70 protsendini, 101. päevast edasi 50 protsendini töötaja keskmisest töötasust.
