Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse töötervishoiu ja tööohutise seaduse 01.07.2023 kehtima hakkava redaktsiooni ning ravikindlustuse seaduse 01.07.2023 kehtima hakkava redaktsiooni sätteid nii, et alates 01.07.2023 jääks kehtima haigushüvitiste maksmise kord, mille kohaselt on töötaja omavastutus vaid esimene haiguspäev, tööandja maksab hüvitist teisest viienda päevani ning tervisekassa maksab hüvitist alates kuuendast päevast. Samuti suurendatakse haigushüvitist 80%-ni töötaja keskmisest töötasust.
