Summary
Eelnõuga soovitakse eemaldada kõrgharidusseadusest dogmaatilised kammitsad, mis suunavad ülikoole rohkem välistudengeid vastu võtma ja neile ning meile endile inglise keeles haridust andma. Käesoleva eelnõuga peatatakse ingliskeelestumine ning leevendatakse vähemalt osalt ka probleeme kõrghariduse kvaliteedi ning mittevastavusega Eesti vajadusele.
