Riikliku pensionikindlustuse seaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu näeb ette muuta riikliku pensionikindlustuse seaduse 01.01.2024 kehtima hakkavat redaktsiooni nii, et pensioneid suurendatakse läbi baasosa ja rahvapensioni määra erakorralise tõstmise. Erakorraline 70-euro suurune pensionitõus on planeeritud 2024.–2026. aasta 1. märtsil ehk kokku kolmel järjestikkusel aastal. Muudatuse eesmärk on tõsta vanemaealiste inimeste majanduslikku heaolu.
