Summary
Eelnõu reguleerib Euroopas probleemiks saanud araabia kultuuridest pärinevate näokatete kandmist. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et korrakaitseseaduse alusel kaitstakse kaaskodanikke või avalikku korda teistegi häirivate või ohustavate tegevuste osas. Algatajad rõhutavad, et burka kandmise keeld on kooskõlas korrakaitseseaduse eesmärkidega ning võrreldav teiste seaduses nimetatud piirangute seadmisega.
