Summary
Eelnõuga suurendatakse Eesti elektrienergia suurtarbijate konkurentsipositsiooni rahvusvahelisel turul ning luuakse võimalused täiendavateks investeeringuteks energiamahukatesse sektoritesse. Eelnõu loob eeldused kõigi lõpptarbijate elektri lõpphinna vähendamiseks – potentsiaalselt suurenev tarbimine tähendab nii taastuvenergia eelarvesse panustajate suurenemist kui ka seab alused võrguteenuse hinna vähenemiseks.
