Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu juurde luua sõltumatu eetikanõukogu, kes ei kuulu Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu koosseisu ja koosneb ajakirjandusega ja eetikaga professionaalselt mittetegelevatest, kõrge ühiskondliku tuntusega inimestest. Täna eksisteeriv eetikanõuniku ametikoht kaotatakse ja sellest vabanevad tehnilised funktsioonid antakse üle eetikanõukogu referendile, kes ei esinda ei eetikanõukogu ega selle seisukohti.
