Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette kehtestada sotsiaalmaksu ülempiir. Seni ei ole Eestis sotsiaalmaksu piirmäära kehtestatud. Tegemist on uue nähtusega Eesti maksupoliitikas. Eelnõuga soovitakse soodustada kõrgepalgaliste spetsialistide Eestisse toomist ja jäämist ning uute kõrgepalgaliste töökohtade loomist, et aidata Eesti majandusel muutuda targemaks ja tootlikumaks.
