Haldusreformi seaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõuga antakse Eesti küladele tugevam õiguslik alus, et küsitluse või kohaliku algatuse korras liituda teise omavalitsusüksusega ning lahku lüüa omavalitsusüksusest, kuhu varem on kuulutud. Liitumise eelduseks on ühine territoriaalne piir. Kavandatav eelnõu muudab haldusreformi seaduse paindlikumaks, võimaldades valitsusel arvestada ka elanike endi huvidega.
