Summary
Eelnõuga sätestatakse koolilõuna toetusele alammäär ehk koolilõuna miinimummaksumuseks määratakse 2 eurot ööpäevas õpilase kohta. Praegu eraldab riik koolilõuna jaoks 1 euro õpilase kohta ja see on muutumatu olnud aastast 2018.
