Noorsootöö seaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu näeb ette toetada noorte osalust huvihariduses ja huvitegevuses ning vältida olukorda, kus riigipoolset täiendavat toetust võiks hüppeliselt vähendada. Selleks nähakse ette, et riigieelarvest eraldatud huvihariduse ja huvitegevuse toetus valdadele või linnadele ei tohi olla väiksem võrreldes eelmisel eelarveaastal eraldatud toetuse suurusest. Samuti soovitakse eelnõuga vältida olukorda, kus riigieelarvest vahendeid täiendavaks toetuse maksmiseks ette ei nähta.
