Summary
The bill envisages supporting the participation of young people in interest education and interest activities and to avoid a situation where additional support from the state could be drastically reduced. For this purpose, it is stipulated that the support for hobby education and hobby activities allocated from the state budget to municipalities or cities must not be smaller compared to the amount of support allocated in the previous fiscal year.
