Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse ja täiendatakse sotsiaalmaksuseaduse § 7 lõiget 3 sättega, mille alusel oleks sotsiaalmaksu määraks 13 protsenti ka nendelt maksetelt, mida tehakse tööandja poolt töötaja pensionifondi. Seejuures kehtiks see madalam määr neile sissemaksetele, mis ei ületa tulumaksuseaduses sätestatud tulumaksuvabastuse piirmäära.
