Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette taastada võimalus esitada abikaasadel ühine tuludeklaratsioon. Praktikas tähendab see, et mõlema abikaasa tulud ja tuludest tehtavad mahaarvamised liidetakse. Ühine tulumaksudeklaratsioon tuleneb kehtivast perekonnaseadusest ning abikaasade ühisvara loogikast. Abielu tähendab tavaliselt lepingut ühise vara ja kohustuste kohta sh õigust ühisele tuludeklaratsioonile.
