Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse seadust ning ravikindlustus seadust nii, et alates 1. juulist 2025 hakkaks kehtima haigushüvitiste maksmise kord, mille kohaselt on töötaja omavastutus vaid esimene haiguspäev, tööandja maksab hüvitist teisest neljanda päevani ning tervisekassa maksab hüvitist alates viiendast päevast. Samuti suurendatakse haigushüvitist 80%-ni töötaja keskmisest töötasust.
