Summary
Rikkumisest teavitaja kaitse seaduse eelnõu eesmärgiks on reageerida kiiresti ja tulemuslikult seadusega vastuolus olevatele tegudele, et tagada õiguskorra toimimine ja avalike huvide kaitsmine. Eelnõuga luuakse tööalase tegevusega teatavaks saadud rikkumisest teavitaja kaitse tingimused ja ulatus. Teavitaja kaitse isikuline ja sisuline kohaldamisala, kaitse saamise tingimused ja ulatus ning teavitamise viisid ja kanalid. Kaitse saamiseks on nõutav, et isikul on põhjendatud alus arvata, et rikkumist on vahetult alustatud või see on lõpule viidud, rikkumine kuulub kõnesoleva seaduse kohaldamisalasse ja teavitamine toimub kooskõlas kõnesoleva seadusega.
