Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette tühistada 2016. aasta lõpus kehtestatud järsud alkoholi aktsiisimäärade tõusud ja taastada need aktsiisid 2015. aastal otsustatud tasemel. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et sellega väheneb maksu mittelaekumise risk riigieelarvele, paraneb Eesti tootjate ja kaupmeeste turupositsioon ning maksumäärades saabub kiirem õigusselgus. Eelnõu muudatustega nähakse positiivset mõju eelkõige Lõuna- ja Põhja-Eesti kaubandusele ja turismile, Eesti tootjatele ning Eesti riigieelarvele.
