Relvaseaduse muutmise seadus

Summary

Eelnõu eesmärgiks on muuta praegu kehtivat regulatsiooni, mille järgi võivad Eestis omada relvi ka välisriikide kodanikud, tingimusel, et nende suhtes puudub kahtlus, et nad võiksid ohustada Eesti Vabariigi turvalisust või julgeolekut. Muudatus näeb ette, et üksnes need välismaalased, kes on Euroopa Liidu või NATO liikmesriigi kodanikud, kellel on Eesti elamisluba või kes elavad Eestis elamisõiguse alusel, võivad soetada, omada ja vallata relvaseaduse § 29 lõikes 1 loetletud relva, juhul, kui neile on relvaseaduses ettenähtud alustel ja korras antud Eestis relvaluba.
