Summary
Seaduse muutmise eesmärk on suurendada nooremate kui kuueteistaastaste laste kaitset seksuaalkuritegude eest. Eelnõu kohaselt luuakse mitme paragrahvi muudatuse tulemusel maksimaalmääraks esmakordse kuriteo sooritamise korral kümme aastat vangistust ja mitmendal korral kuni viisteist aastat vangistust.
