Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette alandada lahja alkoholi aktsiisimäärasid 2017. aasta veebruarikuu tasemele. Need on aktsiisimäärad, mis võeti vastu 2015. aastal. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et 2016. aastal kehtestatud ning 2018. aastal veidi muudetud täiendavad lahja alkoholiaktsiisi tõusud on järsult suurendanud piirikaubandust ja asendustarbimist ning kahjustanud Eesti tootjaid, kaubandust ja maksulaekumist.
