Summary
The bill provides for the invalidation of foreigners living in Estonia, with the exception of Citizens of the European Union, the right to vote in local elections. According to the current law, they can foreigners who live in Estonia with a long-term residence permit can also participate in local elections or on the basis of the right of permanent residence and who has turned 16 on election day and whose permanent residence the address data of the place of residence is entered in the Estonian population register.
