Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette lõpetada kellakeeramine suveajale ja talveajale. Aates 2002. aastast on Eesti läinud suveajale üle märtsi viimaset pühapäeval kell 03:00 ning kellaosutid tuleb nihutada ühe tunni võrra edasi. Suveaja lõpp on olnud oktoobri viimasel pühapäeval kell 04:00 öösel ning siis tuleb kellaosutid nihutada ühe tunni võrra tagasi. Mitteametlikult nimetatakse seda vööndiaega ka talveajaks. Suveaeg on vööndiajast ühe tunni võrra edasi nihutatud kellaaeg.
