Eelnõu näeb ette tõsta koolilõuna toetuse riiklikku alammäära, milleks oleks 2 eurot koolipäevas ühe õpilase kohta. Praegu panustab riik koolilõunasse ühe euroga päevas. See summa pole muutunud seitse aastat, täpsemalt aastast 2018.
