Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse pühade ja tähtpäevade seadust, andes iganädalasele puhkepäevale sattuva rahvuspüha või riigipüha eest lisapuhkepäeva järgmisel tööpäeval. Lisapuhkepäeva ei anta riigipüha eest, mis on alati pühapäeval. Need on ülestõusmispühade 1. püha ja nelipühade 1. püha, mida ei kompenseerita vaba päevaga järgneval tööpäeval.
