Summary
Muudatusega täiendatakse pühade ja tähtpäevade seaduse paragrahvi 2 uue punktiga 31, mille kohaselt kuuluks ülestõusmispühade teine püha riigipühade hulka. Kui eelnõu vastu võetakse, kasvaks riigipühade arv Eestis kaheteistkümneni. Kuna püha järgneb esimesele ülestõusmispühale, langeb see alati esmaspäevale.
