Summary
Eelnõuga tõstetakse keeleseaduse rikkumisega seotud trahvimäärasid ning täiendatakse seadust uute mõjutusvahenditega. Eelnõuga tõstetakse sunniraha määra asendustäitmisel seniselt 640 eurolt 25 000 eurole ning täiendava mõjutusvahendina äriühingute suhtes antakse võimalus süstemaatilise keeleseaduse rikkumise korral rakendada kohtu loal ärikeeldu.
