Summary
Eelnõuga reguleeritakse seni reguleerimata tubakavaba huuletubaka kasutamine ja korrigeeritakse teisi sätteid, et tagada toodete ohutus ning tarbijatele nõuetekohaste ja kvaliteetsete toodete kättesaadavus. Muudatuste kaudseks eesmärgiks on igapäevase passiivse suitsetamise vähendamine ning Eesti viimine Euroopa tubakasurmade kolmandast kohast allapoole.
