Summary
Eelnõu kohustab Vabariigi Valitsust erahuvides algatatud eriplaneeringu korral tegema koostööd kohaliku omavalitsuse üksustega. Eelnõuga antakse kohaliku omavalitsuse üksustele suurem kaasarääkimise õigus, kui taotletakse eriplaneeringut erahuvides. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et tööstusega seotud ja erahuvides algatatud eriplaneeringute suhtes ei pea kehtima sarnased tingimused riiklikes huvides ja Eesti riigikaitset ning julgeolekut puudutavates küsimustes planeeritavate kaitserajatiste rajamisega.
