Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette muuta riikliku pensionikindlustuse seaduse 1. jaanuarist 2023 kehtima hakkavat redaktsiooni nii, et erakorraliselt suurendatakse pensionide baasosa ja tõstetakse rahvapensioni määra 20 euro asemel 50 euro võrra, et toetada vanaduspensionäride, soodustingimustel vanaduspensionide seaduse ja väljateenitud aastate pensionide seaduse alusel pensioni saavate inimeste, järelejäänud töövõimetuspensionäride ning toitjakaotuspensionäride toimetulekut ning majanduslikku heaolu.
