Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette seada valitsuse liikmete ülempiiriks 12 liiget. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et ühe ministeeriumi dubleerivad ministri ametid tuleb taasliita. See puudutab majandus- ja kommunikatsiooni-, sotsiaal- ja rahandusministeeriumi valdkondi. Samuti soovitatakse liita keskkonna- ja maaeluministeeriumid. Ehk optimaalne valitsuse suurus võiks olla 11-12 liiget, mis arvestab Eesti vähenevat elanikkonda ja tööjõupuudust erasektoris.
