Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette kehtestada lesepensioni määramine isikule, kes on vanaduspensionieas ning kelle abikaasa, kellega on isik abielus olnud vähemalt 10 aastat, on vanaduspensioni ajaks surnud. Lesepension määratakse eluks ajaks ning võrdub surnud abikaasa arvutatud pensionile. Lesepensionit ei määrata, kui see on isiku enda pensionist väiksem. Lesepensioni taotlemise korra ja esitatavate dokumentide loetelu kehtestab valdkonna eest vastutav minister määrusega.
